1) Train the way I tell you. Follow my routine, to the letter for, 12 months.
2) Take "Before Pictures" before our first session.
3) Lift HEAVY like a "bodybuilder" 3-5 days per week.
4) Eat a lot of protein (the amount I instruct you to eat)!
5) Eat ONLY the carbs and fats I instruct you to eat.
6) Do LIMITED CARDIO... Only as instructed.
7) TRACK YOUR MACROS, EVERY MOUTHFUL!
After 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, take the same pictures in the same outfit.
If after 12 months... you are "bulky", "masculine", and/or "too big" from all the heavy lifting, high protein, and limited cardio...
