Call/message us Monday-Saturday! The longest you'll wait for a reply is a day, we typically answer in MINUTES! We are ON RETAINER. We are in contact with our coaching clients a LOT! You will have a LOT of support! Including face-to-face online coaching meetings 3 DAYS PER WEEK, and access to our PERSONAL cell phones for quick text-messages, and quick replies! We're there when you need us!
- 100% Nutrition Support (Macro adjustments, meal suggestions, nutrition EDUCATION not a generic meal plan)
- 100% Strength Training Support (Training Routines, Logs, Sets/Reps/Weight Guidance, Regular Plan Changes)
- 100% Cardio Training Support (How much cardio, what, when, why, all connected to your nutrition and PERSONAL needs)
- 100% Psychological/Emotional Support! (No... we're not your psychologist... but we REALLY can help!)
The vast majority of coaches contact their clients ONLY via email, or through their insulating "custom apps". With upwards of a 100 coaching clients, this is how they MUST do it. But that's NOT us. We only coach a HANDFUL of coaching clients at a time. You are a one of an EXCLUSIVE group, with our FULL attention, and unlimited access. Experience the difference!

How to get started:
1. CALL US (Jeff: 727-560-2332, Lisa 831-915-7368)
2. Fill out a questionnaire (see below) about your current exercise and nutrition habits, program, and personal preferences, and email it in: [email protected]
3. We will invoice you (via Square or Venmo), and upon payment, review your questionnaire, take notes, and schedule an initial call with you. (Typically 30-60 minutes)
4. On the first call, we go through your whole exercise and nutrition questionnaire, and get the information from you that we need to build your customized plan. You plan will be based on your goals, current condition, experience, and equipment access (everything from in-home workouts, to full gym-based contest prep). You will get your program within days! You will get "homework" in the first call!
